نُشر في الشروق في ١٨ نوفمبر ٢٠١٢ منذ أيام لبيت دعوة بعض الأصدقاء لجلسة نقرأ فيها نص الدستور الذى أوشكت اللجنة التأسيسية من الانتهاء منه والتى نشرت الصحف منذ أيام مسودته الأولى. وما إن شرعنا فى القراءة المتأنية حتى أصابتنا الدهشة من سوء الصياغة وانعدام الرؤية وتضارب الأفكار وعوار المنطق الذى يضرب كل أبواب ومواد هذا النص المحورى، وكأن اللجنة التأسيسية كان شغلها الشاغل كتابة موضوع تعبير يجتر العبارات الفضفاضة، فصيحة اللسان، ولكنها خاوية المعنى، منعدمة القيمة. ثم اختلفنا فى تحديد أكثر المواد طرافة وأخفها ظلا، أهى المادة التاسعة التى تفترض أن هناك «طابعا أصيلا للأسرة المصرية»، أم المادة السابعة…

Leave a Commentنُشر في “الشروق” في ١١ نوفمبر ٢٠١٢ تمر هذه الأيام الذكرى السنوية الأولى لوفاة عصام على عطا، وهى ذكرى تحثنا على فتح ملف التعذيب والتساؤل عما قام به الرئيس مرسى فى تصديه لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة. عصام عطا كان شابا فى الخامسة والعشرين من عمره قبضت عليه الشرطة العسكرية يوم 25 فبراير 2011 بتهمة استيلائه على شقة بمنطقة المقطم. وبعد يوم واحد فقط من القبض عليه وجد عصام نفسه ماثلا أمام محكمة عسكرية دون وجود محامٍ، وفوجئ بتلقيه حكما بالسجن لمدة عامين. اقتيد عصام إلى سجن العقرب بمزرعة طرة سيئ السمعة لقضاء فترة عقوبته الظالمة. وبعد شهور عديدة من البحث والتحرى…
